While that recipe might turn some stomachs, a 2014 study in the Frontiers in Psychology journal concluded that more than half of all pregnant women experience cravings for specific foods, due to rapid hormonal changes or the additional blood production during pregnancy.
Still, biological explanation or no, some fans couldn’t bring themselves to approve of Hailey’s meal.
“Hailey is so pregnant. Egg salad on a pickle with hot sauce. Girllllll,” wrote one user on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. Another commented: “‘Trying hailey bieber’s egg salad on top of pickle’ will soon be a trend on tiktok.”
“This will be the next important project for him. He’s so excited to raise his baby. They have a name that they think is perfect … They can’t wait.”
Justin Bieber has announced he is taking some time off from touring in order to deal with a virus that has paralysed half his face.
In a video posted on Instagram, the singer explained that he’s postponed several shows after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a condition that has affected a nerve in his ear.
As a result, he’s unable to blink his right eye and can smile only on the left side of his face.
“This nostril will not move,” he added.
As a result, Justin said, he’s “physically unable” to perform in concert for the time being. Instead, he will “rest and relax” until he’s able “to do what I was born to do.”
Ramsay Hunt syndrome occurs when the varicella-zoster virus ― which also causes chicken pox and shingles ― infects a nerve in the head. Treatment often involves steroids and/or antiviral medicines.
Justin didn’t say if he was taking medicine. However, he said he’s doing “all these facial exercises” to get his face back to normal. He added that he doesn’t know how long that will take.

This has been a rough year healthwise for Justin and his wife, Hailey.
After Selena posted a look at her skin care routine on TikTok earlier this week, some fans accused her of subtly mocking a video that Hailey had posted just hours earlier.
Selena – whose 2019 song Lose You To Love Me was widely thought to be about Justin Bieber – took to her comments section to clear the air about the misunderstanding.

“This is why I believe in taking care of your mental health. Guys no idea what I did but I really am sorry. Zero bad intention. Deleting soon,” Selena commented on her video, as seen in a screenshot from a fan.
Still, some fans continued to speculate about possible tension between Selena and Hailey, given the timing of Selena’s video.

“LOL I know who she’s referring to,” one commenter wrote on Selena’s TikTok video. “Wait … is she tryna make fun of you know who,” another commenter wrote.
The Wizards of Waverly Place leading lady later turned off comments on the video.
Selena said goodbye to her on-and-off relationship with Justin months before he wedded Hailey. The couple have been married since 2018.
Over the years, fans have theorised that Selena and Hailey Bieber hold resentment toward each other, but the two women have always denied the rumours.

Last month, Hailey addressed the issue in a TikTok, pleading with trolls to finally let the drama end.
“Leave me alone at this point,” she said. “I’m minding my business. I don’t do anything, I don’t say anything. Leave me alone, please. Enough time has gone by where it’s valid to leave me alone. I beg of you, truly. That’s my only request.”
The singer spoke to fans while onstage at a stop on his Justice World Tour in Denver on Wednesday night. After a power outage struck the event, Bieber talked about how life “randomly throws you curveballs.”
“Most of you probably know, or seen, the news about my wife … she’s OK, she’s good, she’s strong,” he said, according to video posted on Twitter. “But it’s been scary … It’s been really scary. But I know for a fact that God has her in the palm of his hands.”
In a statement posted to her Instagram Story on Saturday, Hailey Bieber announced that she had suffered a “very small blood clot” to her brain.
She said she had begun experiencing “stroke like symptoms” while having breakfast with her husband on March 10.
“They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours,” she wrote in the statement, adding it was one of the “scariest moments I’ve ever been through.”
The model noted that she had since returned home and was doing well.
Justin and Hailey Bieber wed in 2018. The Grammy winner told GQ last year that getting married was his “calling.”
He also shared that while their first year of marriage was “really tough,” they had since worked on building memories together as a couple, and that he now has someone to “pour into.”
Speaking to the New York Post, Lisa said of the Baby singer: “I was like, ‘Wait, that’s Justin Bieber, right? Would he be here? Is he here? He’s really here – that’s Justin Bieber!’
“That was kind of exciting. I’m throwing in a ‘kind of’ so that I seem a little cooler. It was exciting. I don’t get excited about meeting people – but Justin Bieber, he’s exciting.”
As well as celebrity guests, the reunion will see the main cast joined by some supporting actors from the series, including James Michael Tyler and Maggie Wheeler – better known as Gunther and Janice.
Joining them will be Elliott Gould and Christina Pickles (who played Monica and Ross’ parents, Jack and Judy Geller), Reese Witherspoon (who co-starred as Rachel’s sister in two episodes of the sitcom) and Tom Selleck (who played Monica’s love interest, Richard).
The reunion marks the first time since the show wrapped in 2004 that all six of the main cast have been in the same room together in front of the cameras.
Lisa said that she felt “every emotion” while filming the episode.
“It was a lot of laughing and then real blubbering — which, I don’t know if that will be in there, but the puffy eyes are in there, so that’s good. It was an emotionally exhausting and great few days,” she told the New York Post.
